Students were tasked with the design of a CoWorking Office for collaborative use located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The primary focus of this project was LEED requirements and use of biophilic elements.
To fulfill the project requirements students needed to demonstrate an understanding of place and brand, the concept of work, creating a sense of community, and incorporating material culture.
Concept: Growth in Collaboration
To create an office space that allows for growth in collaboration through the use of adjustable furniture, natural light, and reflectance on the outdoors.
